Natural sources for colon cleansing?

Your colon cleans itself naturally . .you don't need to do anything extra to help it out unless you are constipated or are going in for a colonscopy or other tests.

Otherwise, all the food stuffs your grandparents and great grandparents recommended to keep you 'regular' will work on a daily basis. Think fiber and water:

Bran. Oatmeal. Raisans. Prunes. Berries. Lettuce. Corn. Apple juice (cider). Whole wheat toast . . and coffee.Natural sources for colon cleansing?
try yoghautNatural sources for colon cleansing?
Buy some colon cleanse from wal-mart. it really works.
A TWO DAY DETOX OF DRINKING WATER AND EATING FRUIT ONLY. JUST DO 1 DAY TWICE A MONTH IF YOU CANT MANAGE 2 DAYS. LOOK UP GILLIAN MCKEITH ON THE WEB. DONT TRY CHEMICAL BASED SUBSITUTES WHATEVER YOU DO. GOOD LUCK.
Physiologically your colon cleans itself out a number of times per week all by itself without any of the scamy cleansers!

Why is it that we somehow feel that we need to clean out our colons? Who comes up with this stuff? Does your medical doctor think your colon is dirty? Or did you read it in a magazine that just happens to have a wonderful product that just does this so well that your heart disease, your emphysema, your arthritis, your? will all be cured if you get those nasty toxins out of your colon? and for such a deal!

Your colon has so many wonders of ways of dealing with really toxic stuff, why would you change it with a green tea enema or take 400 pounds of ? to clean it out.

Here's a way. When in school, physiology class, we had to do an experiment where we were measuring the effects of sodium load on urine density. One guy in the group had to drink a liter of water. Another a liter of saline. Another (me) a liter of 5% saline. This was supposed to cause a change in renal function and we were to measure the urine for all sorts of things like specific gravity, molarity....

Made it so I had NO URINE. It went straight through. Was running to the bathroom with an unbelievable diarrhea for a few hours...into the evening. Cleaned me right out. Sparkling clean. I'd imagine it took all those nasty toxins with it. But I didn't feel all that better, being all cleansed.

Have you ever noticed that the people who think you should do this or recommend that you do this, or that do this 2 times a week....don't look any younger or different than the people who don't? That's if they don't look worse?

Ask your physician what he thinks of this? And try not to laugh.
Liquid chlorophyll and apple cider vinegar are both good colon cleansers.
