Castrol Oil sold at any drug store but be prepared you go fast and you get cramps like no tommorow.
They had me do it before I had my colon removal surgery to make sure I had nothen left in there...It is not a fun experience...Or correctol laxitives but please learn from me they are additictive and if you abuse them your colon will stop working and you will end up with a colostomy bag..
